The author of the article discusses the key issues of public-private partnership in the construction of toll roads and the introduction of payment for the legal framework. Analyzed the current situation on the roads of the Russian Federation and the applicability of certain approaches to the determination of tolls on the roads abroad. The conclusion about the feasibility of these approaches in Russia by taking into account its specificity.
