Permitted use of land plots: some problems in defining the concept

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of «types of permitted use of land plots» in the context of land and urban planning law of the Russian Federation. The author examines the positions of other authors on how the concept should be enshrined in legislation, and offers his own version of the definition. The position of the courts on this issue is also being considered.
