The basis for criminalization of illegal remuneration in the criminal law of Russia

Introduction: the article discusses general peculiarities of illegal remuneration in Russian criminal law. The author pays special attention to corruption crimes related to giving and receiving a bribe or other types of illegal remuneration. Attention is focused on the increased public danger of these crimes in corruption-related crimes. The author defines the circle of unlawful acts that can be attributed to corruption crimes related to giving and receiving a bribe or other types of illegal remuneration.
