To the issue of reasons of nullifying voidable transactions in the view of the Russian Civil Code reforms

The author analyses the renewed norms of the Russian Civil Code on invalid transactions and legal entities, and proves the absence of reasons to add absence of self-regulated organisation access to certain works or absence of membership in self-regulated organization among reasons of ifying voidable transaction.
