Concerning the basic origins of the legal regime of foreign investments in the Russian Federation

The article analyses the ontological origins of the foreign investment legal regime, which consists in the necessity to provide legal means to foster the inflow of the foreign capital. The authors pay attention to the development of the mentioned legislative factor in two directions: granting stimulating preferences to foreign investors and international form of its ratification.
