Concerning responsibility of the information mediator for copyright infringement in the Internet

The article analyzes the legislative novels regarding protection of the intellectual property rights in the Internet. The author gives a brief description of regulations of the “anti-piracy" law, reveals gaps and collisions in controlling of responsibility of the information mediator for copyright infringement.
