The article considers the questions of criminal responsibility for organizing illegal migration. It carries out a comparative legal analysis of components of the crime stipulated by the Article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Also, the author compares theoretical opinions and law enforcement practice, analyzes the judicial practice and clarifies the terminology.
