Concerning participation of society in national security and defense

The article discusses the role of nongovernmental entity - civil society - in national security and defense. It is noted that the civil society in the future will be able to assist in resolution of national security problems by creation of automated information resource, forums and chats with participation of specialists and experts. The author emphasizes the need to respect the principles of mass media independence and freedom of the press in order to maintain the national security.
