Selected aspects of road traffic participation of users of individual mobility equipment

The article analyses the peculiarities of participation in road traffic of persons travelling within roads on segvees, monocells and other electromechanical vehicles. A proposal is being made to amend the current legislation with regard to administrative liability for traffic violations by these entities.
