On the issue of criminal law analysis of crimes committed in the performance of official powers of an employee of the internal affairs bodies

The article is devoted to the criminal-legal characteristics of crimes committed in the performance of official duties by employees of internal affairs bodies. The author of the scientific article analyzes the criminal legislation on the involvement of officials, that is, employees of the internal affairs bodies on emerging problematic issues of the qualification of these acts. The article summarizes the objective and subjective signs of crimes committed in the performance of official duties of an employee of the internal affairs bodies on the basis of the revealed gaps in lawmaking and analysis of the activities of law enforcement agencies, which indicates the presence of ambiguously solved in practice and in theory issues of illegal criminal actions of police officers.
