On the unification of criminal law against transnational cybercrimes in the former soviet union

In our research, we analyzed the boundaries of the criminal law in the cyberspace. We have a few examples when it is not effective enough. Therefore, we need to create common standards based on universal jurisdiction. However, there is another way. We can to claim our national criminal jurisdiction by the Realschutzprinzip. We consider both options here.
