To a question on a waste management of consumption of electronic technics in system of ecological management in the Russian Federation

In the world substantial growth of the quantity, used electronic technics is observed. Bringing unconditional advantage to a society, this technics creates a lot of negative environmental problems which decision becomes all more actual. According to UNEP last decade in the world it is annually formed from 20 up to 50 million tons of waste of consumption of electronic technics, its share in total of municipal waste for this period has increased with 4 up to 6 %, and rates of growth make 3-6 % a year against 1-2 % a year for other municipal waste that specifies a low system effectiveness of a waste management of consumption of electronic technics in structure of ecological management.
