Towards the question of conditional transactions in civil law

The problem of so-called conditional transactions has a long history, it is one of the very interesting from a legal point of view, however, despite of this, remains poorly known. Condition (the fact of the happening of which made conditional on the occurrence or termination of rights and obligations in the deal) is the defining element of a conditional transaction.
