To the issue of increasing in state financing of political parties in the context of the economic crisis in Russia

The current existing order of government support of political parties in the Russian Federation corresponds neither with the principles of reasonableness nor objectiveness. The severity of this issue has increased due to the fact, that Russia is undergoing an economic crisis. Thus, there is an urgent need for optimization of state revenues. Based on the conducted research the author suggests the ways of improving the existing legislation. It is recommended to set a rule that all and any amendments concerning the increase of government financing of political parties should come into force after the reconvening the State Duma.
