To the issue of operational efficiency of technological modernization: peculiarities of mining production

The article considers the issues of modernization of mining production. Successful implementation of technological modernization projects affects the competitiveness of products, and contributes to improving the operational efficiency of production. The target indicators of technological modernization projects are such indicators as: growth of labor and equipment productivity, reduction in the number of downtime, savings in wage costs, reduction in the time of a number of technical operations, reduction in the fleet of used transport and loading vehicles. The study presents the obtained effects on the creation of an automated management and control system in the Kirov branch of Apatit JSC. Mining production has a number of characteristics that distinguish it from other industries. In this regard, it seems reasonable to the authors to highlight specific aspects of technological modernization, which are characteristic of mining production.
