On the issue of the work organization to counteract crimes among minors in the criminal investigation of the public order protection of the Irkutsk regional executive committee in 1965-1968

The article deals with the organization of the criminal investigation of the Irkutsk regional Executive Committee in terms of combating juvenile delinquency and child neglect in 1965-1968. Separate categories of minors who committed crimes during the specified period are investigated, as well as the results of activities for the prevention and crime investigation committed by them. The author studies the normative legal acts of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the USSR and the Irkutsk regional Executive Committee aimed at improving this activity in the study region.
