To the question of the application of oil-containing waste in forest road construction

The Perm Territory is an area with intensive oil production and processing, and a large amount of waste accumulates at the enterprises of this industry, such as oil-contaminated soils of various composition and consistency (formed during emergency oil spills), oil sludge, asphalt-resin-paraffin-containing deposits - ASPO (obtained as a by-product of oil production), oil-contaminated liquids. These materials are usually stored in specially designated areas. However, the percentage of recycling of such materials is negligible compared to the growth of such waste. The areas allocated for oily waste are increasing every year.
