To the question of development of environmental epidemiology and the concept of health criteria

The article deals with the development of the science of ecological epidemiology and gives the basic concepts of health criteria. The analysis of cause-effect relationships in the "environment-health" system indicated the conditionality of a number of diseases with harmful environmental factors.
