On the issue of development of rural territories of Perm krai

Digital economy implies a rapid exchange of innovative technologies in the regions of our country aimed at the effective development of infrastructure in rural areas. However, in fact it occurs not effective enough. This negatively affects the quality of life of the population in rural areas, and especially in the remote settlements. At present, the regional economy becomes a supranational entity in different countries of the world, and this implies the creation of territorial development of Russia’s regions with the inclusion of all sectors of industry, agriculture, science, education. This requires a clear direction of development. The paper offers methodological tools of developing the economic potential of the infrastructure of non-urban areas. For this purpose material model on the six main indicators, which characterize the quality of life of the rural population, are designed.
