On improvement of civil legal proceedings

The author studies the problems of improving the procedures of civil process which need to be solved at the legislative level. The author also analyzes the regulations of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation regarding the provision of comfortable and operational conditions for filing an application, the registration and hearing of cases by courts. It will promote the reduction of material and time expenditure on documents delivery to courts that in its turn will entail the reduction of cases of the procedural terms admission.
