To the question of establishing ownership of a subscriber number of cellular communication

The article discusses the activities of major mobile operators to determine whether SIM card numbers belong to specific individuals, as well as the conditions and methods for blocking SIM cards by mobile companies. The article draws attention to some rules for the implementation of SIM cards, the authors provide statistical information on the activities to prevent the illegal sale of SIM cards. The article the issues of mobile operators' activity in establishing the ownership, blocking and implementation of SIM cards are analyzed.
