The issue of information protection in the course of an investigative measure on "information retrieval"

One of the topical problems of investigative activities is ensuring the protection of information during the implementation of investigative activities. At the same time, the least investigated in terms of information security is operational and investigative measure "Information Retrieval". © Миняшева Г.И., Рязанов П.А., 2023 The article analyses issues of the content and essence of investigative measure, determines ways of its performance, considers legal framework in the field of information security regulation during performance of operatively-search activity. Justifying his position, the authors specify types of information to be protected during the operative-search measure "Information Retrieval" and offer options for the protection of such information, based on the specifics of the operative-search activity.
