Qualitative peculiarities and system forming factors of information economy

In the article formation and factors of information economy development is analyzed, its structural characteristics in the conditions of new economy come to light. It is proved that theoretical knowledge directly defines parametres of growth of information economy creating a basis for innovations and formation of the human capital.
