Qualitative indicators of the operation of a tray-type vibrometer

In the technology of compound feed preparation, a crucial role is played by machinery and devices for the dosing process. As commonly known, in this field it is promising to use vibration technologies and machines that allow achieving significant results in improving quality indicators. The article provides theoretical formulas for determining the average speed of particle movement and supply of a tray-type vibrometer according to vibration parameters. According to the results of computer-based modelling and the experiments, it has been confirmed that in the steady-state mode of operation of a tray-type vibrometer, the movement of a feed particle occurs on average at a constant speed. This is the technological basis for obtaining high accuracy in the dosing process in line with the zootechnical requirements. The graphical dependences of the theoretical and experimental velocities of a feed particle are presented; the theoretical Qt and experimental Qe of the supply from the amplitude of vibration of the tray-type vibrometer have shown a satisfactory convergence.
