Quality of outpatient medical care in subjective estimates of the population (on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

The article presents results of the analysis of population’ satisfaction with the accessibility and quality of outpatient medical care in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The study revealed a low level of medical care for the population of the republic. The received evaluation confirms the crisis state of the primary health care unit in the region. Social factors determining the level of patients’ satisfaction with accessibility and quality of outpatient medical care are revealed.
