Quality of the pre-trial proceedings in a criminal case as a general condition of the preliminary investigation

Introduction: the article analyzes the research of process scientists related to the content of the concept "general conditions of preliminary investigation" and their system. The purpose of the research is to develop and argue for the inclusion in the system of general conditions of preliminary investigation of a new component "pre-trial quality in a criminal case". Materials and Methods: the study is based on the method of materialistic dialectics. The issue of ensuring general conditions of preliminary investigation is considered in connection with a number of other criminal procedure issues: unity and differentiation of forms of pre-trial proceedings, quality assurance of inquiry and preliminary investigation. Results: at the current stage of development of society and the state, more attention is paid to improving the efficiency and quality of pre-trial procedure. Based on the analysis of the norms of the current criminal procedure legislation, as well as the results of theoretical understanding of the system of general conditions of preliminary investigation, the author has formulated the content of the concept of "quality of pre-trial proceedings in a criminal case"...
