The most important condition for effective social management innovation is the quality information support. Information component is the main characteristic of the new innovative social environment. Today, however, the information aspect of creation, implementation and support social innovation in our country has not properly developed. The article is devoted to assessing the quality of the information environment of innovation centers of the social sphere in the Russian Federation. Quality assessment is to measure the level of access to the information field of the activities of the centers. The system of quality assessment parameters and the impact of social innovations. The system is based on taking into account the four basic elements of the innovation process in the social sphere.
