Education quality as one of the major criteria for Russian families when selecting and evaluating real estate objects

In a scientific article, the authors examined the problem of assessing the quality of education in secondary schools. Nowadays, the price of real estate varies by many criteria. Having examined and analyzed the quality of education in Perm and the places where real estate is concentrated, the authors identified the main characteristics based on the results of an independent expert assessment. One of the main criteria that will affect the value of real estate is the quality of education in secondary schools. The relevance of the research topic is that the basic education received at school is necessary for the further development of the individual. The school is a social institution that forms the student’s personal qualities, where he studies the scientific picture of the world and goes through an important stage of his life. The object of research is residential real estate. The subject of the study is the assessment and impact of municipal educational institutions on the choice of residential real estate. Families prefer the area near which municipal educational institutions are located. The aim of the work is to study the impact of secondary schools on the value of real estate. The authors have built a model to support the choice of assessment of secondary schools, by which any user can choose the most suitable option for themselves, and further evaluate the value of residential real estate.
