Quality of labour potential of Russian regions

The article presents the results of a study of the labour potential quality in Russian regions. The assessment was made using index method on the Rosstat data for 82 Federation subjects as of 2013 on the basis of indicators characterizing three major components of the labour potential quality - intellectual (education and qualification levels), psychophysical (health), social and personal (number of population motivated for labour).
