Study of life quality in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer allows to reveal significant differences in life quality parameters depending on the treatment protocol. At a 2-year follow-up, the combined modality treatment including neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery and intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) for patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer resulted in a statistically significant improvement of functional activity parameters (90,2 ± 5,0 %), performance status (78,2 ± 6,9 %) and in the reduction in the degree of manifestation of disease symptoms (10,8 ± 5,2 %) as compared to the control group (70,2 ± 8,0 %, 68,5 ± 8,2 % and 20,3 ± 7,1 %, respectively, p
