Quality of life and adaptable potential at men with cardiovascular diseases, living in the North and the south of Tyumen oblast

We had been surveyed 100 men in the age of from 35 till 68 years with the diagnosed pathology of car-diovascular system (an arterial hypertension in combination and ischemic heart disease). Made the calcula-tion of index of functional changes (IFC), reflecting the level of adaptation of cardiovascular system. Lev-els of situational (SU) and personal (PU) uneasiness defined by Spilberg-Hanin technique, quality of life (QL) with the help of questionnaire SF-36. There is a low correlation «PF» and IFC. On a background of low and average correlation SU and PU with scales of QL, the factor of correlation «VT» has made -0,44 with SU and r =−0,5 with PU, with «MH» (r =−0,54 with SU and r =−0,6 with PU).
