Quality of life and social determinants

The article analyzes the problem of reverse dependence between the quality of life and the level of human capital in regions with different quality of life. The author sets the task to determine the ways and channels of increasing human capital, which the authorities can offer when using political and economic levers that contribute to the development and use of social elevators. The article gives research blocks for a comprehensive qualimetric assessment of the quality of life in the regions.
