Living standards as a factor of migratory motivations in Kamchatka territory

In the article the author considers the parameters of living standards that form migratory motivations among the population of Kamchatka Territory. It is made the analysis of absolute and relative parameters of the population income and expenses in Kamchatka Territory, social and economic differentiation of the population, the availability and quality of social services, expenses on housing and public utilities. The author has made an assessment of purchasing capacity of the population in Kamchatka having compared it with migratory attractive regions of the country.
