Cadastral valuation: a different perspective on its procedure

The author examines the questions of managing cadastral valuation in the Russian Federation and the problem of verification of the results. Focusing on increasing the inventory of disputes, the author believes that this is due to the inaccuracy of the state cadastral valuation due to the applied methodology. The author offers a different approach to inventory valuation, the use of which will help to reduce the number of disputes and inventory savings of public funds.
