Cadetship in Russia as a method of civic and patriotic education of youth: history and modernity

The changed socio-political conditions make their adjustments to the existing paradigms of patriotic education of youth and cadets in particular, which is reflected in complex strategic projects not only from the point of view of theoretical concepts, but also practical techniques and methods of its implementation. This article highlights the history of cadets as a social phenomenon and its role in the patriotic education of children and youth.
