Personnel security as an instrument of ensuring economic security of the enterprise

The scientific article is devoted to the study of the role of personnel security in ensuring the overall economic security of the company. The relevance of the study is due to the increased role of personnel management processes as a mechanism for organizing workforce. The article considers the theoretical aspects of personnel policy and the list of tasks. Analyzed risks and trends worsening current activity of the enterprises of the Russian economy, which affects the safety of their personnel. Measures are proposed to minimize threats to personnel security in order to ensure the economic sustainability of the organization’s production activities.
