Personnel security of the old Industrial region: assessments, dynamics, risks

The article studies the personnel security of an old industrial region and municipalities in its composition on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The authors analyzed the parameters characterizing the state of the labor market and labor results, identified gaps in indicators in the region, by type of economic activity. The article systematizes the threats and risks of personnel security in the old industrial region and formulates proposals for their minimization.
