Personnel policy of the municipal authorities

This article is devoted not only to the definition of the essence of the personnel policy of municipal authorities, but also to the identification of problems in this direction, the search for optimal ways to solve them. The article presents the views of various scientists concerning the features of municipal government and the implementation of personnel policy in the authorities at the local level. According to the results of the paper determines the future direction of development and improvement of the personnel policy of the municipal authorities.
