Personnel management in criminal investigation department: search for ways of optimization

The problems of personnel management psychological support in criminal investigation departments are considered in the article. The results of study of the factors affecting the efficiency of investigative activities of the various investigation departments are given. The value orientations similarity of the main subjects of personnel management is considered to be the system-forming factor positively influencing on this activity.
