The regional standard of staffing for economic growth is the standard of modern management practices built into the regional management system and aimed at providing the region's economy with the required highly qualified personnel. The requirements, mechanisms and practices of the Standard are designed to provide personnel with priority areas for the development of the regional economy, while they can be used and broadcast to all sectors of the regional economy.
