Staffing support of territorial public self-government

The article considers some aspects of human resources management of the territorial public self-government. The undertaken studies suggest that the further popularization and propagation of the best practices of the territorial public self-government, the areal councils, and energizing the formation of the territorial public self-government in municipalities should become one of the priority directions of work of the local self-government bodies in the modern Russia.
