Human resourcing in the state youth policy sector in the Transbaikal territory: sociological analysis

The article analyzes current state of human resourcing in the state youth policy sector basing on the study of the Transbaikal Territory. The undertaken research allowed the author to describe a social image of an employee of the state youth policy sphere in the Transbaikal Territory, to reveal problems of the sphere and their reasons. The topic under consideration is of multifaceted nature.
