The article is devoted to the study of HR aspects in the implementation of state Federal and regional policy in the sphere of development of forestry sector and forest relations at the present stage in the Russian Federation. The article based on the study of the experience of several regions of Russia, analyzed the content, causes and possible ways of overcoming problems in the field of staffing industry new subdivisions of Executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation responsible for the implementation of state policy in the field of forestry development and forest protection.
