Personnel potential of the agricultural sector

A significant role in the modern agrarian economy is played by the human factor. Only a person is able to show a high level of professionalism and entrepreneurship, initiative, innovation, ability to perform the most difficult work, increase labor productivity, be guided by high principles of morality, regardless of what status he has - the owner of capital, an employee, a tenant, an entrepreneur or an employee of the management sphere. Currently, the personnel potential of the agricultural sector in the Russian economy is insufficient to ensure the competitiveness of the country's agriculture.
