Personnel potential of agribusiness enterprises: situation and prospects of development

The article presents a study of the enterprises personnel potential and its importance in ensuring sustainable development of agriculture, therefore, is the analysis of the state agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia, discusses the problems arising in the field of it staffing, describes the experience of applying the mechanisms that ensure their decision. The results of the study helped to identify priority areas, contributing to the development of agro-industrial enterprises personnel potential, in particular, focuses on objectives management as a critical tool, able to ensure the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the identification and use of resources in the development of the agroindustrial complex personnel potential, ensuring its sustainability and competitiveness, deciding on this basis the major strategic objective of agricultural policy.
