The author considers the influence of the educational reforms which on the staff of the Tuvan teachers. These reforms were held in the country at the end of the XXth - beginning of the XXIst centuries. The author focuses on such problems as aging and feminization of school, reduction of the teachers’ number, teachers transfer to the other spheres, at the same time he points at the positive trends in the development of the teachers staff potential in the republic.
