How to eliminate competition in courts of two evaluation report of one object with significantly different results

The article deals with the problem of competition between two evaluation reports to the court, the most important aspects of an appraiser to participate in trials. Examples of judicial practice and shows the negative effects of the consideration by the court at the same time several evaluation reports. An analysis of judicial practice, the author comes to a conclusion about the need for changes in the legislation governing the consideration of reports on the assessment of the courts, and offers solutions to the problems identified.
