Research critical of copyright, are now very popular in Anglo-American jurisprudence. However, few critics suggest specific ways for a fundamental improvement of the copyright laws. The present review is devoted to the analysis of one of these wo The author of the book is William Patry. He is one of the most famous and recognized experts on copyright in the United States. The aim of the book is the answer to the question how to make copyright laws better. The book contains extensive factual material with which William Patry shows inefficiency and excessive rigidity of copyright law in the digital age.
