How do we preserve authentic Russia

In his work, the author examines the problem of systematic negative population growth over the past few decades, which is a real threat to the existence of authentic, modern Russia as a state of the peoples currently inhabiting it. The social measures taken so far by the state have not brought a change in the situation and are clearly insufficient. The author comes to the conclusion about the complexity and complexity of this problem and proposes a set of measures to solve it.
