The authors of the following article declare how to find out a technical borrower. The concept of the technical borrower is given. Criteria allowing to define the quality of a loan are considered in the article. Characteristic features which enable to concern a borrower as a technical are outlined. Basic refinancing procedures which are currently in use by unconscientious banks are analyzed.
